The process of navigating the family court process is a profound and difficult journey. Knowing your mind, the signals for stress and how to support yourself can help you re centre and continue forward. Understanding and managing the court process is one way to build confidence and resilience, complimenting this knowledge is practicing grounding techniques in moments of frustration and fear. Supporting children through this process is also extremely challenging, we have a separate section for Children's Support, providing age appropriate techniques for them to manage their own emotions with your support. 

For now, focus on you, so you can be the best version of yourself under the circumstances in order to be able to be there for them.
